Anti-Corruption Commitment
EUROGRUP is committed to strict compliance with applicable anti-corruption provisions.
EUROGRUP maintains a zero-tolerance policy against corruption and bribery and, in general, against any illegal practice in carrying out its activities as a professional firm. For these purposes, in their relations with third parties and, in particular, with public authorities and institutions of the Administration of Justice, all members of the firm will act in a coherent and responsible manner.
Acceptance and Compliance
This Code of Ethics is mandatory for all of us who are members of EUROGRUP. Therefore, its content is properly communicated and disseminated.
In addition, when a new worker joins, they will be given our Code of Ethics, who must sign their reading, understanding and adherence to it. This last document will be attached to your employment contract.
Any questions that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of this Code of Ethics should be consulted with the Management Body.
No one, regardless of the position they hold, may request an employee to contravene the provisions of this Code. No employee can justify improper conduct based on an order from a superior or on ignorance of our Code of Ethics.
Failure to comply with our Code of Ethics affects us all. Its violations can not only harm EUROGRUP economically, but also damage its reputation, which is an intangible asset of great value built over many years.
If, as a result of an internal investigation, it is found that there has been a violation of the Code of Ethics, EUROGRUP will sanction, in proportion to the seriousness of the act, the direct responsible party and those who, having a duty to prevent the violation, have not prevented it. Also, in a proportionate manner, those who, knowing the existence of violations, have not reported them will be punished.
